Deleted Recycle Bin Vista

Deleted Recycle Bin Vista

How to restore it no? That's your question... I know this happens to us, you delete something and want to fix it.

For recycle bin of vista, if you delete it - here is what you can do to restore the icon (step-by-step):

1) Click Start and then click Control Panel

2) Click Appearance and Personalization

3) Click on Personalization

4) On the left side of the window you will see Tasks. Under that click on Change desktop icons. A small window will popup.

5) Just put a tick mark next to Recycle bin option and click ok.

That's how to restore the Recycle bin icon.

If you happen to delete the My Computer, Network, User's Files or Control Panel icons and want to restore them - just do same thing... but place a tick next to the appropriate icon.

Some files on your computer can be easily restored if you delete them. Others may even damage your computer and cannot be restored... others can make programs stop functioning.

So bottom line is, pay attention to what you are going to delete.

Most common files and folders can be restored from the recycle bin. But important computer files may mess up your computer.

Deleting the Recycle bin icon won't effect the files inside your recycle bin, because it's just a shortcut. So in this case, it's an easy thing to do - just restoring the icon.

This easy step by step method only applies for Windows Vista users.

Seems you're very clean, you don't just empty trash but also get rid of the trash. :)
