How do
I re download and install NoAdware if I
removed NoAdware™ accidentally?
Just visit the download
page, download the FREE trial again, then use
the same registration code you have to register the Full Version. NoAdware™ may also be able to identify your
computer and you may not
even need to re enter your registration number.
How do
I retrieve lost registration code?
Email us and for us to
locate your registration
number we will need either your name and email, or your order number.
NoAdware™ found a spyware
and I removed it, however when I scan again it finds the same spyware.
What's going on?
This can happen because
certain spyware are more difficult to remove
than the others. Our experts will tell you what to do to remove the
spyware in this case. So just email us. Since this is a technical
question please include your Name and Email or your Order number in
your email. This will help us verify you are a customer and then we can
help you fix the problem.
They will work with you
one on one, giving you easy to follow
instructions. First they will try to understand the type of spyware and
where it's located on your computer, then they will try several methods
to remove the spyware. The instructions will be clearly and easily
understandable so anyone can follow them.
NoAdware™ is identifying a program I
have as a spyware?
All anti spyware and anti virus software has this motto: Protection is
better than cure. Plus with all software, even Windows Operating system
are not 100% perfect. These are called False Warnings if you're sure
the software is 100% clean. It won't hurt to contact us just to make
sure! :)
Is
there a fee for technical support in
case I need it?
No. Most customers don't
need technical support
because NoAdware™ does a great job in removing spyware that your
computer might some day have. However in rare case a spyware is
extremely annoying and can't be automatically removed by the software,
our technicians will be working exclusively with you until the spyware
is totally removed.
Is it difficult to follow
instructions given by technical support?
The instructions are in a step by step manner, and our goal is for your
problem to be solved. Therefore if we have to explain something twice
or more we'll do it. You will only be asked to follow instructions,
most of the time it will take a couple of emails back and forth between
a customer and technical support guy before an issue is solved.
If there's a new version
of NoAdware how can I download it?
Currently the latest version is NoAdware Version 5 and if you have set
automatic updates in your software settings all new versions will be
automatically downloaded. So make sure you turn Automatic Updates ON,
or click the Update Protection button as often as you can if you don't
want to turn automatic updates on.
Spyware definitions are also downloaded automatically in the same
manner. Spyware definitions means the list of spyware that the software
protects against. Currently the list is well over 9000.
