Manual instructions are done by deleting the following files and registry entries.

Click Start, Search - Search for files and folders. In the Look In Box select My Computer.

Files:

BarMan.exe
bfgtoolbar.dll
toolbar.ini

Delete the following Registry Entries:

Start using the Automatic method first, obviously it is easiest - if it does not work pass on to the manual method.
