I
scanned with noadware and it found a spyware, so I clicked remove and
it removed it and restarted my pc. Then however I again scanned and it
again found the same spyware... so each time I remove this spyware it
again comes back.
How
can I remove this spyware please?

you please try the following in order to get rid of your Problem.
First
of all, please Boot your System in
SAFE
MODE,
by following the process mentioned below.
Please
restart your System and hold the
'F8'
key at the time of BOOTING
i.e. when the system getting started, unless you get a Screen
Displaying various options to boot with.
Now
select
Safe-Mode
and
then try the follwing:--
Firstly,
Go to Start->
Programs->Accessories->System tools->Disk
Cleanup and
clean
all temporary files,
internet temporary files
and Recycle
bin.
Now
open your Internet
Explorer browser select Menu Tools -> Internet Options
Delete
all Cookies and files.And rescan your PC.
Please

Select
Save and save this file on your computer at any location which you feel
comfortable (we will recommend that you place this in a separate folder
).
Now
open the folder where you have saved this file and doubled click on the
File (this will run the Tool).
Now,
click on
SCAN
button and it will generate some Text on screen. Click on
"Save
Log"
Button and save the file (please remember the location and file name).
Now
send that saved file to us, either as an attachment or by doing a
copy-paste of the log files Data into Mail Part.
This
will help us in analyzing the problem.

Double click on My computer Icon (which is there on your Desktop.)
2.
Click on Tools Menu or View Menu and Look for "Folder Options...",
select it.
3.
Select VIEW tab and look for the entry "Show Hidden Files and Folders"
(or some thing similar to this).
4.
Also Uncheck the "Hide protected Operating System Files (recommended)"
box.
5.
Apply this setting and now search for the required files/Folders.
If
you don't find those files then don't worry as they might be removed
from your system.
Now
please go to
C:\Window\System32\PxSecure.dll

Delete this dll
file.
Now
please Go back to "Normal
Mode"
For this.....
From
Windows Safe Mode click Start / Shutdown and restart the computer. This
should start the computer automatically back into Normal Mode.
After
that kindly
go to: Start > Run > and there type in
”cleanmgr.exe",
and
continue with the Disk Cleanup, then run a Disk Defragmentation of your
Hard Drive/Drives.
After
that please restore Internet Explorer to its default settings:
From
the Tools
menu, select Internet
Options.
Click
the Advanced
tab.
Click
Reset
in reset in IE settings this brings your IE to default condition. All
add-on will be disabled.
And
perform a
Fresh
Scan using your
software. This should be all.
And,
hopefully the problem with your PC should now have a value equals to
zero.

By
mistake in the Diagnosic tool I removed what's in number 3 position as
well. Also you constantly tell me about IE, but I use Google Chrome.
Disk Defragement told me my computer does not need to be defragemented.
And
after all steps and re scanning noadware again found the spyware.
I
attached again log file I re used diagnostic tool again.

Kindly
send the latest 3 files from the LOGS
folder of NoAdware and from the ScanLogs folder (it's under the LOGS
folder).
If
you do not have
ScanLogs folder
then please follow this:
1.
Run NoAdware.
2.
Click on Options
menu.
3.
click on Settings
menu.
4.
Click on the Check box "Automatically
save
the Scan logs"
to mark is as selected.
5.
Now Close the NoAdware
completely and Run it again.
6.
Scan with NoAdware.
7.
Now check for the ScanLog
file in the ScanLogs
folder.
