This is not just for Vista,  this tool is only required if you are trying to remove a software from your computer and cannot.

I still remember when I installed an antivirus software and then I just could not uninstall it – it stayed there on my PC boring me all the time.

FIRST

1) Go to Start > Control Panel > Uninistall/Remove Programs
2) Find the program from the list and click on Remove.

The Start>Run is a tool, called the Run tool – that will make it fast for you to open up folders by entering for example C://program files which are also known as commands.

SECOND
