Cheapest yet still high quality service and software. Even big businesses use Mozy to backup their data.
It's a little less than $5 a month. Considering that if you buy blank CD's (with limited space) you will pay more than $5 each time - it's cheap.
You have several ways and options to backup your data...
1) You can use the software on your computer - one click restore, one click backup, backup anything on your computer.
2) Install a virtual hardrive on your coputer. Like the C: hardrive you already have (probably called C) mozy virtual hardrive saves a copy of the saved files on your computer. One click restore anytime.
Safest method is backup using Mozay software (option 1) so files are saved on their servers not on your computer. If sh*t happens and you have to re install windows (format windows) or something else that requires you loose all computer data - with a click you can restore everything from Mozy Servers.
3) You can backup files and they ship you a CD with the backed up data.
Probably other options exist, which you can learn more about on their website.
