Dwshk36.ocx And Dwspy36.dll Files - Bad Or Good?
Sometimes when you scan you might find some files that cannot be deleted.
Your anti spyware/adware software may detect the following files:

VBAR332.DLL
RESTART.EXE
UNWISE32.EXE
GETCPU.DLL
MSCOMCTL.OCX

However even after you deleted them - in your next scan they will still be detected.
These files cannot be deleted for a simple reason. Those files are created by many legitimate applications. Other applications you have running on your computer need them.
Even NoAdware software uses them and that is why you cannot delete them if you have NoAdware. They are important for NoAdware to work.
If you use NoAdware software you can simple right click on the files after scanning is complete. Then add them to ignore list so next time you scan they will be ignored and not listed as harmful files.
