Latest NoneSense From Adware Report Site
I am stoned but these people take drugs. They supposedly review NoAdware software on their webpage: http://www.adwarereport.com/mt/
archives/000023.html
These are people that are trying to add PAGES on their website - just to add content. No real research was done.
Let use check some of their claims:
The said they received a ton of emails from people that purchased NoAdware. Why the heck did these people email them and not the company? If I buy a product I go for help from the site that I bought the product from.
They also say that the customers who purchased the software could not get a refund. That is IMPOSSIBLE cause it is CLICKBANK that manages refunds not NoAdware company. Clickbank is the biggest marketplace online.
Comments on that page are FAKE. They are all posted within a month then comments are closed. From December 5th to January 7th. 5 total comments all bad - two on same day - all ONE LINE comments. You can see they reviewed other products where the comments are still open and been so for a year. You can verify it. On other reviews comments are not all BAD. Nor are they posted all in same month - some in 2006, others in 2007...
They say the software NoAdware displays problems in windows xp. Well I have windows xp service pack two and mine is perfect. Maybe they need to update their xp cause it is OUT dated. Latest version is Windows XP service pack 2 - you get it free from Microsoft website.
They say that NoAdware does not allow rollback or quarantine (means you cannot backup or restore any backups). Well, that is untrue cause you can create backups and you can RESTORE items using NoAdware. There is a feature that enables you to restore items. You can see screen shot of this option:
Backup Screen Shot Image.
Adware Report Site is OUT DATED for sure. They still say that NoAdware is a rogue anti adware/spyware software. In fact I took a ton of time to explain that affiliates where causing the company trouble - in my NoAdware review post.
They also say that NoAdware gives false positives - which basically means it tells you have an infection when in reality you do not. I been using NoAdware for a year - scanning every month - and never got anything similar. These people that tested NoAdware (like they say they did) for a couple times FIND ALL the problems ONE can think of. Then myself in a ONE YEAR experience never got a single problem.
You do not have to go to a funny comedy to laugh.
My suggestion to the site www.adwarereport.com - (I was going to... but why should I give you any suggestions) They know everything, in fact they reviewed every software on the Internet. If ONLY everyone relied on them.
