How To Cut And Paste More Than 1 Picture From My Documents

How To Cut And Paste More Than 1 Picture From My Documents

That was the question someone asked me.

I think there are mistakes in the question. If you cut a picture you cannot paste it. You can copy and paste but not cut and paste.

To cut a picture is like deleting it. Same thing.
Copying a picture will allow you to paste it somewhere else.

Now if you wanna copy and paste several pictures at the same time the process is super duper easy. On my super duper blog right now you will learn how :)

1) Click on one of the pictures you wanna copy.

2) Press the CTRL button on the keyboard and KEEP holding it.

3) Now Click on the other pictures you want to copy. You will see them get highlighted which means a sort of blue color appears around the picture.

4) Now stop holding the CTRL button and right click somewhere (on any of the pictures). From the right click menu select COPY.

To paste them anywhere you want, go to that place you want to paste them - then simple right click and select PASTE.

There is another method I will explain as well.

If the pictures you want to copy are located next to each other you can do this. Test it out:

Simple click somewhere near the pictures, but not on any picture. Then keep pressing the mouse button and at the same time drag (move) the mouse. You will see a sort of box appearing.

The idea is to create that box around the pictures you want to copy. Make the box big enough that all the pictures are highlighted. (A blue color will be added to the pictures when you highlight them) Then right click on any of the pictures and select COPY.

Paste anywhere you want, again by right clicking and selecting paste.

Right clicking means you click the right hand side button on your mouse :)

Re-read instructions again, you will laugh when you GET IT, and realize how easy this is. Just Do It.

If you remember I told you that you should right click and select copy. Well if you want to discover an easier and faster method you have it here:

Easier way to COPY

Instead of right clicking and select copy, you can HOLD the CTRL button on your keyboard and keep holding it, then press C button. This move takes a ton of time to explain yet it takes a second to do :) Pressing CTRL and C buttons at the same time will COPY that thing. Obviously first highlight the thing.

So if it is a picture, first click on the picture then press CTRL button, hold the button and press C. You just copied it.

Easier way to paste?

Instead of right clicking you can press and hold the CTRL button and then press V on your keyboard. Object will be pasted.

You just do everything normal, but instead of right clicking with the mouse, you are using the keyboard. RELAX, these are easy - it takes more hard work for me to explain them.

Easier way to right click.

Do everything normal, then instead of right clicking press the button on your keyboard that is usually located near the button that says: ALT Gr.

Or Near the CTRL button - the on on the right hand side. The button you need to press has the mouse pointer painted on it. I am NOT going to make this longer. Just press it and if it is the right one you will see the right menu opening (just like it does when you right click with your mouse somewhere)

YET ANOTHER OPTION - to create the box I told you about earlier - or to highlight the pictures.

This will only work if in the folder where you have the pictures there are ONLY pictures. You will be copying everything in the folder.

You simple press CTRL button on your keyboard and keep holding it. Then click on the A button. Now all your pictures are highlighted. You do not have to create any boxes, or manually do the methods I mentioned before.

Then you can copy using any of the methods I told you. The fastest way to learn is to do it even though you are not 100% sure (maybe) that you understood. By doing it you will learn through your own experience.

I wrote a Bible here to explain to you how to press some buttons on your keyboard :)
