It allows a remote attacker user level access on your machine, allowing them to delete/access anything they wish.

BackOrifice.Trojan

Causes General System and Internet Connectivity Issues. Allows Unauthorized Access To Your Computer

Removal Instructions:

This trojan can also be removed automatically. Use the free scanner of NoAdware to see if it finds it. If not use another anti spyware software. However if NoAdware finds it remove it.

If it cannot be removed automatically proceed manual instructions below.

Delete the following files.

Click Start, then Click Search - search for files and folders. Search for each file below one by one and delete them. In the Search In option choose My Computer.

Do a registry backup before manually deleting. Instructions from Microsoft website. Or download Eusing software that will create a backup for you automatically - best option.
